- Owner of 911 Adams street repeatedly dumps construction debris from unknown locations into a dumpster located on the property. Has been cited for this at least once that I am aware of and continues to do so with no respect or concern for abutters and other neighbors. Attached photos show a large amount of material released into the air during dumping this morning (Tuesday October 8,2024). Please advise. Thank you!
