- #101005721170 this case number was put in over a week ago about a gas light on Essex st Charlestown, it is opposite #33 second last light on the left hand side of street. The PROBLEM IS SERIOUS IT IS SHUTTING OFF AND THEN TRYING TO TRYING TO IGNITE AND IS MAKING A POPPING SOUND ALL NIGHT AS THE GAS IS EXPLODING EACH TIME IT TRYS !!! Because there is no mantles to ignite It is dangerous with that happening ! Please fix before something serious happens. Or shut it off completely! It has been over a week.
