- Why are vuvuzelas banned at Fenway but not on city sidewalks across from residential buildings? Day 8 of Boston Park Plaza strike - they’ve been using vuvuzelas for at least the past two days. At least four apartment buildings adjacent to hotel means 1500+ residents impacted by excessive noise in their own homes, with likely even more impacted 1-2 blocks away
