- The protestors at the Park Plaza have been using megaphones, whistles, and horns since 7 am and the noise is only getting louder for the residents who live here. BPD is sitting in their car doing nothing to enforce the noise ordinance. It’s not asking to much to simply request that the protestors not use horns and whistles.
