- Public parking lot is completely trashed littered all day. Nobody comes to clean the trash that drug addicts leave there. Large groups of drug addicts congregate there everyday and should be removed from area as it is extremely unsafe and littered with urine, feces,blood, needles, debris, clothes etc. |
