Description
The owner of this car does not live in the area, she works several blocks away, and parks here often, always on the sidewalk. There are people in wheelchairs and walkers in this neighborhood and parking on the sidewalk puts them in danger. It’s frustrating to have people who work in the area park here with no regard for the residents.
