- property address is 276 Bellevue Street, West Roxbury. property has an illegal chicken coop and the coop is attracting rats to the immediate area. i killed a rat over 18 inches long. the city rat inspectors came out and identified the chicken coop as a magnet for the rats and was able to see the areas where the rats were nesting. they were going to report to ISD
