- 35 west Newton Street South End Mass . The building has excessive non resident traffic using Drugs throughout the building.They are in the building all times of day and night. I am an elderly and a disabled person . I am really afraid to even exist my unit . The building has an infestation of RATS and ROACHES. PLEASE HELP
