- There is an abandoned bike locked to a street sign outside 27 clark st. There are no tires on it and it has blocked the sidewalk for 2 months. I have seen multiple people in wheelchairs struggle to get up the sidewalk and on trash days it is difficult to get out of the condo. Can we add a “no bikes” sign to this sign post as it is too close to the door and causes safety issues.
