- The owner of this house owns the adjacent lot, numbered 31 Hancock Street, which was purchased through the side yard program. The lot is covered with loose trash. The owner gutted the interior of the house without a permit and appears to have walked away from the property. The house is vacant. The side lot is at the corner of Hancock Street and Payson Avenue. I just swept the public sidewalk along Hancock Street from Bird Street to Payson Avenue and picked up an entire trash barrel of trash, mostly from in front of 29-31 Hancock Street. |
