These companies, along with units leased by individuals such as Mohamed Kassem, Ahmed Kasem, Mohamed Ali, Omar Neamatalla, Amr Setouhi, Mohamed Seffo, and others, appear to be operating short-term rentals on platforms like Airbnb and Vrbo, often under host names such as Adam, Dan, Alex, Nik, Amr, or Seif. These hosts act as co-hosts among themselves and seem to operate under shared ownership and corporate entities. It appears these units are subleased through Airbnb and Vrbo without permission from leasing companies, including Greystar, Avalon, Bellpark, and Bozzuto.
