- An illegal single family airbnb just started at 68 ferrin street. Was recently bought, renovated and posted for sale. Did not sell and now is an Airbnb. Current owners have never lived there and the house was never permitted for the short term rental use. Many workers going in and out and excessive parking is being used. Needs to stop.
