- Washington St/Hyde Park Ave by Forest Hills Station Monday 11/25 at approximately 4:40 PM - Reckless driver fully drove through a red light (was stopped behind the stop line, then proceeded to drive through the red light) and almost hit me while honking at me. I was on my bike. When I later approached the passenger window at the next red light they were holding their phone, it appeared they had been actively using it the entire time. Driver appeared to be a white middle aged woman, driving a black Subaru crosstrek license plate 8159PN.
