closed 101005615378? resulent of 88 hauls his Loose trash to sidewalk in front of neighbors house and their bins. bins Landard owns 88 and 92. 3 places for reident to leave his mess, but he drops it in front of 86 Msgr. and 80 Florida. This is illegal Dumping. Fine The landlord There is 881 92 and behind 92 Msgr where this Loose trash can be left in the late afternoon the day before trash Pickup This has been on for 4 months 2nd complaint. ILLEGAL Dumping.
