Case Resolved. Street light is on a new pole, All other light utilities still need to be transrred to the new pole 12/10/2024.
The arm and fixture was transferred to the new utility pole. Telephone/ cable company has to transfer their wires and equipment to the new utility pole 2/5/2025.
