Description
Plow driver was casing the block and looking at houses, hanging out for over 30 minutes driving back and forth on the same block not spreading salt or plowing road. Driver laughed and asked me my name because I took a short video. Driver was staring at his phone. And finally left 15 minutes later. He has been hanging out in this neighborhood all night for 30-40 minutes, gone for 20, then back for 30-40 minutes. The road has not been cleared and needs attention. It needs to be properly plowed and salted!
