Case Resolved. The owner claims he purchases from a different company then locate gas stations per Mobil and is charged more. His gas was $1.60 more than gas stations in the area. He is passing along rent and price of gas. The Attorney Generals Office 617-727-2200 would need to address the price gouging law. no contact information was given on the complaint to call the consumer.
