- Jenkins street south boston mass.......5 /2 hr parking sports in front of residentials homes that are never timed and tagged......7 days a week...the meter maids are never on the street unless called daily by constituents directly to the BTD and they still never answer to the call until the next day. this street is always used for non residential and out of state parking.....need to be consistent doing this street as the residents are the taxpayers.
