- Constituent submitted the following via Contact Form on 12/13: I wonder why there are zero Holiday Decorations in North Square and almost nothing on Hanover & other streets in the North End while I noticed many decorations & lights when I took the bus to Brigham Women’s Hospital this morning in parks etc. There used to be lots of beautiful holiday decorations in the North End which was very inviting and attractive to.
