- The illegal parking in the North End - especially on weekend nights and during TD Garden Events - makes parking nearly impossible for residents. There needs to be stronger enforcement of illegal parking for the benefit of residents and tax payers. Whether this is through increased monitoring and ticketing, or towing of these vehicles. It is absurd.
