- The interesection at Arlington and Park Plaza is a hazard. There are lines that tell guide the left lane into the center lane, and the center lane becomes the right lane. The right lane becomes a right turn only. People ignore the lines on the street and do whatever they want at this intersection. I've almost gotten into multiple accidents since they switched the traffic laws and added the lines without any signage to make it clear. I follow the rules of the road, but that intersection is neither monitored well and needs to be addressed.
