- Please help at intersection of Arlington and St. James at the Park Plaza Hotel. This intersection needs very obvious, large signing that the left-hand lane on Arlington is for left-hand turn only onto Stuart Street. This stretch has turned into a nightmare of cars getting in the wrong (left) lane on Arlington jamming up the intersections on both ends . Thank you.
