- 135 washington st, brighton is a complete mess and im more than confident that they are in some sort of code violation. The elevator smells like someone literally peed, i’ve attached a picture of the back hallway exit which is directly across the maintenance guy which is filled with trash which has been there for weeks and no one has done anything about it. There’s trash in the hallways, they don’t care about their tenants, i’ve put a maintenance order to check if there’s a mice in our apartment and we have yet to receive any follow up weeks if not months later. The laundry room is a complete mess, not only does the machines not work but the sink is broken so it leads to making a mess everywhere, no one keeps up with anything yet they’re are raising the rent. After a long day, i come home to no hot water, ive reached out multiple times and no one has done anything about it. I think the city truly needs to start holding these management companies accountable.
