- What is the nature of the problem: [There is a Car Wash Van (plain white van) that is parked outside of the residence, illegally washing cars. The van is illegally parked, holds no proper licensing or permits. Also, they are not disposing of chemical wastes appropriately and dumping onto the residence front lawn area which has children that reside and play there. BPD has told the business owner that they cannot park there or continue doing business, but they still are.]
