- Are you tired of my 311 reports? Well, Im tired of shuttle buses idling outside my apartment for twenty hours a day. Have some decency and do something about it! All the residents are complaining and the city is ignoring it!!!! Where is the Mayor? Why is the MBTA not held accountable to follow the law.
