Case Noted | Thank you for reaching out regarding Franklin Square. During snow events we prioritize perimeter sidewalks at our 331 properties citywide. Most interior pathways are intended for seasonal use during our permitting season from April to November. Some park interiors, particularly those with central locations and a high volume of pedestrian traffic, may be cleared when and where possible after abutting sidewalks have been cleared. Additionally, we do not typically apply salt to the interior of parks as it can damage the adjacent turf or planting beds.
