- Murdock Terrace is covered in a sheet of ice as it did not get plowed. It belongs to the city as it is an emergency lane. Everyone scraped their sidewalk area but the main area was not plowed so they just flooded making everything icy. If there was an emergency, the vehicles and responders would not be able to make it through to the houses in a timely manner |
