- Sidewalks in front of these row houses aren’t shoveled. This is the second day the owner themselves hasn’t been out there cleaning up the ice and making it safe for our residents in the Port Norfolk neighborhood. Why aren’t they out there cleaning this up? Will it take someone slipping on the ice to make them do something. I want this done today. I want it cleaned up either by the city or the owners of these buildings. I won’t stand for these people laziness
