- I’m a resident at 275 Medford St. in Charlestown and live above a convenience store and coffee shop as well as directly across from Charlestown high school. In my 5 years here, I’ve noticed a lot of trash on the street. Is there a way I can request or petition for the city to install a trash can within proximity to the building?
