- At 12, 15 & 16 Carol Cirlce, West Roxbury 02132 we have been having Rat infestation problem from our surrounding building one of the houses which on the image shared you can see 7 Dumpsters right at the fence of 12 Carol Circle from the building at 4975 Washington St, Boston, MA 02132, we have spoken to the people in charge to have those dumpsters put somewhere else and no one does anything about it that building has plenty of space to move the dumpsters somewhere else. 16 Carol Circle has been having to call pest control since its a buisiness which takes care of people with mental disorder which has been also greatly affected by this. Please send someone to address this matter ASAP it has gotten out of control. Also buildings 8 and 9 have this dumpsters pointing right at the dead end houses nearby which are 12, 15 and 16 Carol Circle as well.

Noted | Rodent activity found. Multiple rodents burrows by dumpster. Spoke with Charles River Realty Group that manage 8 and 9 Carol. Gave them a list of issues that they have remedy. Also, reaching out to 4975 Washington as well. Gregory.diaz@boston.gov
