Same GREY BMW ILLEGALLY PARKS BETWEEN Cars attempting to hide no inspection sticker . Just old plates - CODE ENFORCEMENT Refuses to ticket this vehicle more than once or twice a year it’s been sitting all winter in the exact same spot. I’ve seen one ticket. I have six tickets from last month and I am a resident with registered vehicle code enforcement is targeted and residence and they’re registered in licensed vehicles.
