Description
Needle and trash in Franklin Park in the area bordered by Cemetery Road and Forest Hills Street. Access from the path that goes up from the sidewalk right at the corner of Brookley, Forest Hills and Cemetery Road. Walk uphill and go to the path on the left. Trash and needle are at the beginning of the side path that leads to the tallest point with pine trees on it.
