- I have received two tickets for trash that is obviously not mine. Arthur McGivern is not this person. Very fristrating because I’ve been asking for this area to be cleaned up for more than 5 weeks. Nothing until a ticket for literally me? Nothing is cleaned up? Please this area is disgusting gutters and sidewalks filthy for weeks now.
