- Right turn only lane (Arlington St./ St James St.) intersection excessively abused. I walk that route daily. Every day I view at least 5 cars ignoring the “Right turn Only” arrows and cars proceed straight through the intersection. That intersection is a mess as it is very confusing and only produces daily back ups. The whole route needs to be reevaluated and redesigned. Actually the right turn lane works better if it were dedicated to straight AND right turn only since that is how it is actually being used. If it stays as is then that intersection rule should be enforced. Just a suggestion to ease traffic flow in my neighborhood.
