- I am requesting that the tree in front of 96 Chandler St. be pruned at the top or removed. It is clearly diseased and potentially hazardous to passers by. The upper branches are starting to crack and fall spontaneously, causing a hazard for pedestrians below. I would suggest you consider pruning the tree or removing it and plant another in its place.
