- Number of rats: [2] Rat bites: [No] Rats in the house: [Yes] Rats outside of property: [No] What is the nature of the problem: [There has been continuous rodent (mice and rats) issues for months. The infestation has led to rodents fecal matter on the constituents bedding and counter tops. They had to replace their mattress due to the damage and smell.It is believed that the entrance was by the bed base board and the holes were covered in December 2024. That has not deterred the rodents from entering the unit, mainly at night. Caller has seen a grey and a black rat (2).]
