- What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent reported that the building at the mentioned location had a fire in June of last year and the building has been abandoned since. Constituent reported that a lot of animals and trash are on the property. Constituent stated that the windows and doors were not secured so on a windy day the area smells of smoke. Please assist.]
