Description: 2565 Washington Street, Go there at night and you will hear some sort of machine going off every 10 second, maybe HVAC, maybe electrical, not sure. It has been driving me crazy for months now I don’t know if you can do anything but my roommate can’t even sleep with his window open because of this and I’m starting to get really annoyed, it’s been months and there shouldn’t be a machine making noise EVERY FIVE SECOND of the night. I live in 15 Guild St facing north and it’s the only thing I hear if I open my windows at night, not the birds or cars going by, just some random machine.
