Hello, at the intersection of Court Street, Washington Street, and State Street in downtown Boston, on the north side of the road, right outside of the “UPS Alliance Center,” there is a section of the sidewalk that is raised - I HIGHLY recommend doing something to prevent people from tripping on this. I am reporting it because my coworker tripped on this recently and suffered a concussion, shoulder separation, a sprained right ankle, and a torn ligament in her left foot which is causing her bones to separate and she can’t bear weight on it for 6-8 weeks. She is a young nurse with no pre-existing health issues, so if she got that badly injured, I imagine other people have suffered worse.
