- The footbridge over Rutherford ave that goes from Community College to the Mall/99 restaurant, is littered with garbage creating puddles where the water doesnt drain. Oh and lets not forget the SWATSTIKA that has been reported numerous times and the request gets labeled as being referred to another agency. Maybe the City could actually do their job and FOLLOW UP on the requests or remove it themselves instead of pushing it off as not their job
