- Street sign for Radnor Rd at the corner of Radnor Rd and Foster St needs to be raised back to top of pole as it has dropped half way down pole. This has been reported multiple times and still waiting for a response. It has been almost a month since this was reported. Does anyone read these requests? Why does 311 exist if no one responds?
