- Apartment building 212 Stuart, located at 212 Stuart St. 02116 has multiple illegal short term rentals. There are 3+ and I have knowledge that they are on the 4th, 14th, and 16th floors, but I am not sure of exact unit numbers. This has been going on for months. I have spoken to individuals renting these units in the elevator and they all have stated that they have rented through AirBnB and are staying for periods less than 28 days, oftentimes just the weekend. I have brought this up to building management numerous times and have been dismissed - they know that this is going on. I frequently see the concierge facilitate these rentals, checking guest IDs and having over keys. As a resident this is very frustrating and I would appreciate this being looked into! Thank you!
