- 3 cars parked in front of Treadmark building during street cleaning. Street sweeper had to weave in and out of these cars, but yet these cars weren’t ticketed - why is that? Why does BTD never enforce anything in this neighborhood? You see them enforcing parking in other areas of Boston, but for some reason never around here.
