Description
You need to have outreach services do a sweep of the Silverline 4 bus shelter at this location at least three times a day on a daily basis. The free entertainment from Mass & Cass keep trashing it. Passengers waiting for the bus either can’t or are afraid to use it. This eventing the free entertainment peeps decided to dump at least six needles in the bus lane.
