- In the alley off Follen st on the east side of Follen.Two garbage dumpsters are overflowing so their tops are gaping open. This is the 4th time in the past month this has occurred. No wonder rats are all over in the alley. The dumpsters appear to belong to the public housing building on st botolph st which backs on to the alley.
