- Cars were towed today from Bussey St in JP because they were partially parked on the sidewalk. This has been accepted for years and it's been assumed to be OK. Let people know that it's not OK anymore before ruining their nice day. It would be really nice if the city started caring about drivers obeying the rules of the road, but let it start with serious and dangerous violations such as driving and texting, running red lights, u-turns over two yellow lines, etc, etc. There was a man with his dog who had to find a way to get to the tow lot and another man with his kid looking for his car and assuming it was stolen because there was no one around to inform him that the BTD had towed his car.
