Description
Someone dumped extremely heavy auto parts in my garbage bin at 13 Greenwich St. The street one block away, Windsor St., is frequently used by "shade tree mechanics" for unregulated/illegal auto repairs. I believe someone likely prowled the neighborhood looking for potential disposal spots and chose my garbage bin. The garbage trucks now won't empty the bins, and I need city assistance with disposal of these illegally dumped parts so that I can use my bin for household refuse.
