- 338 Spruce St Apt 3 Chelsea 02150. There is loud bass noise coming from an unknown apartment in my building. I have a recording, but because it’s mostly low-frequency bass, you can only hear the vibrations and thumping sounds — which still make it very hard to sleep. I have a video recording and can share it upon request. Please help resolve this — I’m unable to rest properly due to this ongoing disturbance.
