Description
There's a large Doberman off-leash belonging to a woman with red hair and man pulling a large cart of misc things. It snapped at a homeless man and was wandering 20+ feet from them. I saw it rooting through a flower bed.     Case Resolved | AF Responded to the above location. This is the Bus barn for the T. I did not see any dogs in the area. No feces on the street. I called the complainant & did not get an answer.
