- On going issues of Rat feces outside of building and very potent smell of urine at 18 Oxford st. Appears to be an abandoned building. Someone locked abandoned mattresses inside the building and the building is infested with rats.This should be considered a huge health hazard. It can’t be healthy to breath in the smell on a constant basis.
